
New Patients
Your initial consultation appointment usually consists of an examination and an in-depth review of the treatment options available to you including full costs. ​Usually, treatment can be done or started the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. ​A detailed medical history will be taken and discussed with the Clinician X-rays may be taken to assist with the diagnosis of the patient. ​Prepayment of your consultation appointment will be taken prior to the appointment date.

No costs other than the payment for the initial appointment/check is required for the patient to get the check up. It is then up to the patient whether to proceed and then it is only at this point that any additional costs will be incurred for the treatments followed.

At Diamond Dental Studios, we value your time and ours. In order to provide all our patients with the highest standard of care, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Due to the preparation and resources involved in dental procedures, we require a minimum of 7 full days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of surgery appointments.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid or may incur a late cancellation fee equal to up to 100% of the treatment cost.

Failure to attend (no-show) without prior notice will also result in a forfeit of payment and may impact your ability to book future appointments.

All cancellations must be made by phone or in writing (email) during our regular business hours.
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergency or illness, we may waive the policy at the discretion of the practice manager, provided suitable evidence is given.
